1. General Education Scholarship (General)

(a) Class I to X     Rs 200/- pm

(b) Class XI & XII   Rs 300/- pm

(c) Degree    Rs 400/-pm

(d) Post Graduate Course MA/M.Sc./M.Com./M.Tech etc.    Rs 1000/-pm

Eligibility: 

(a) Wards of ESM/Widows up to the Rank of Sub Major, ssubject to availability of funds. Applicable for maximum 02 children.

(b) The Grant would be applicable for the daughter/ widows of ESM and will be extended to the boys. (Subject to the availability of fund)

(e) Book Grant for Class XI & XII     Rs 1000/- pa

Eligibility:

For girls students of ESM/Widows of ESM upto the rank of Hav or equivalent. (Subject to availability of funds).

2. Higher Study:

(a) Professional Degree Courses ie Medical,Engg,Vet etc.     Rs 1000/-pm

(b) Diploma Courses:(As courses promulgated by Director of Technical Education, Assam and inclusion of Diploma courses of One year and above duration)       Rs 1000/-pm

Eligibility:

(a) For wards of ESM/Widows (PBOR) providedthey obtain 60% & above marks in 10+2 board exam.

(b) Eligible for all courses promulgated under the PMs/RMs Scholarship Scheme

(c) Nursing/Hospitability courses/course duration of 12 months and more

(d) The scholarship will commence from 1st year and not half way.

(e) The order of preference will be as promulgated for PMs/RMs scholarship schemes.

Note: Submission of application is 30 Nov every year.
